If for whatever reason your product is held up or returned by customs, we will not take responsibility for any delays, returns, or confiscation. In addition, you are solely responsible for paying any custom fees or import taxes. If merchandise is confiscated by customs we will not be held responsible for return of payment or fines. If merchandise is returned due to product restriction, the transaction will be refunded minus any restocking fees in addition to any shipping charges.

I have an 8 days unconditional return policy refunding the winning bid for the items returned to us in their original condition. However, the shipping cost won't be returned and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

In case of a defect the buyer must contact us directly and we will refund the return shipping cost.
