Bedingungen zu meinen Auktionen:
1. Privatverkauf:
Bei meinen angebotenen Artikeln handelt es sich um einen Privatverkauf (von Privat an Privat). Ich übernehme keinerlei Haftung, Garantie oder Rücknahme. Der Artikel wird nach besten Wissen und Gewissen unter Ausschluss jeglicher Gewährleistung verkauft.
2. Bei Fragen zur Auktion:
bitte fragen Sie bei Unklarheiten vor Gebotsabgabe.
3. Artikel ab 18 Jahren:
ersteigern Sie einen Artikel, bei dem Sie das 18.Lebensjahr erreicht haben müssen, benötige ich einen entsprechenden Nachweis, z.B. in Form einer Kopie des Personalausweises. Der Versand erfolgt dann grundsätzlich nur innerhalb Deutschlands per DHL mit Alterssichtprüfung. Ohne geeigneten Altersnachweis werde ich solche Artikel nicht versenden (ich habe hier schon viel erlebt: Ausweise mit abgedecktem Namen, Ausweise anderer Personen usw., das alles ist KEIN geeigneter Altersnachweis).
4. Interessenten aus dem Ausland:
sofern meine Artikel nicht mit internationalem Versand angeboten sind, bieten Sie nicht darauf! Es sei denn, Sie haben eine deutsche Lieferanschrift. Andernfalls fragen Sie bitte vor Gebotsabgabe bei mir nach. Wenn Sie planen, Waren über einen deutschen Exporteur ins Ausland senden zu lassen, fragen Sie mich unbedingt vor Gebotsabgabe. Ich akzeptiere dies nur, sofern dadurch für mich kein zusätzlicher Aufwand entsteht (zusätzlicher Aufwand, wie z.B. Formulare nach Vorgabe des Exporteurs zu erstellen, gehört nicht zu dem, was ich ohne vorherige Absprache akzeptiere). Bieten Sie entgegen dieser Bedingung trotzdem, ergeht eine Meldung an eGUN und der Verkauf wird als nichtig erklärt und der Artikel erneut eingestellt oder dem Zweitbieter angeboten.
5. Zahlung:
Die Ware ist unverzüglich vollständig zu zahlen (Auktionsbetrag plus Versandkosten wie in der Auktion angegeben), spätestens jedoch nach 5 Werktagen per Überweisung oder Paypal an Freunde. Die Frist beginnt, sobald ich Ihnen die Zahlungsinformationen per Email mitgeteilt habe. Ist nach dieser Frist noch keine Zahlung erfolgt, erinnere ich noch einmal und gewähre eine Fristverlängerung um weitere 3 Werktage. Sollte danach immer noch keine Zahlung eingegangen sein, behalte ich mir vor, eine Meldung bei eGUN zu machen und den Artikel erneut einzustellen oder sie dem Zweitbieter anzubieten.
6. Kaufvertrag:
Der hier aufgeführten Bedingungen sind bei erfolgreicher Auktion bindend und bilden einen abgeschlossenen Kaufvertrag. Ich behalte mir vor, im Streitfall Rechtsmittel einzulegen. Der Bieter akzeptiert diese Bedingungen durch sein Gebot. Sollten Sie mit diesen Bedingungen nicht einverstanden sein, bieten Sie bitte nicht.
Terms and conditions for my auctions:
1. Private sale:
The items I offer are for private sale (from private individual to private individual). I accept no liability, guarantee, or return policy. The item is sold to the best of my knowledge and belief, excluding any warranty.
2. Questions about the auction:
Please ask any questions you may have before placing a bid.
3. Items for ages 18 and up:
If you are bidding on an item that requires you to be 18 years of age or older, I will need proof of age, e.g., in the form of a copy of your ID card. Shipping is then only possible within Germany via DHL with age verification. I will not ship such items without suitable proof of age (I have seen a lot here: ID cards with names covered up, ID cards belonging to other people, etc. None of these are suitable proof of age).
4. Interested parties from abroad:
Unless my items are offered with international shipping, please do not bid on them! Unless you have a German delivery address. Otherwise, please contact me before placing a bid. If you plan to have goods shipped abroad via a German exporter, please be sure to contact me before placing a bid. I will only accept this if it does not result in additional work for me (additional work, such as filling out forms as specified by the exporter, is not something I will accept without prior agreement). If you bid contrary to this condition, a report will be sent to eGUN and the sale will be declared void and the item will be relisted or offered to the second highest bidder.
5. Payment:
The goods must be paid for in full immediately (auction amount plus shipping costs as stated in the auction), but no later than 5 working days by bank transfer or PayPal to friends. The period begins as soon as I have sent you the payment information by email. If payment has not been made after this period, I will send a reminder and grant an extension of 3 working days. If payment is still not received after this period, I reserve the right to report this to eGUN and relist the item or offer it to the second highest bidder.
6. Purchase agreement:
The terms and conditions listed here are binding upon successful auction and constitute a concluded purchase agreement. I reserve the right to seek legal recourse in the event of a dispute.The bidder accepts these terms and conditions by placing a bid. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not bid.
