Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from effebistore.eu return it for a full refund. You may return the items for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment.

If you decide to return the items, you must write a mail to info@effebistore.eu with a note stating the reason for your return and follow the instructions received by.

Within 10 days from the delivery date, all returns will be accepted on an inspection basis only. Refunds may be made in the form of credit back to the original purchasing credit card only.
