Description
|
Mauser C96 "Bolo" prototype pistol ("Sechslader" / six-shot model) chambered in 9mm Mauser Long Export (9x25mm), dating from 1900.
Bolo-style trial model (short barrel and small grip) featuring a 6-round magazine (*Sechslader*).
It has fixed sights of the notch type and does not have the stock holster groove at the rear of the grip.
Safety and experimental hammer: when the hammer is at rest, the safety keeps it away from the breech and the firing pin; when the hammer is cocked, the safety is automatically removed.
In near-mint condition, with intact bluing and a barrel in excellent condition.
Given the exceptional nature of this firearm, we have not test-fired it.
As we are based in Strasbourg, you have the option to view the firearms in person.
For sales in Germany, a gunsmith in Freiburg with whom we regularly work will handle the firearm transfer.
