mid-19th century, 7 1/2in. overall, with case-hardened barrel-block engraved with foliage at the muzzles and breech, silver fore-sight, case-hardened scroll engraved action signed 'T.K. BAKER / LONDON', finely chequered figured walnut butt, sprung articulated front trigger, border and scroll engraved trigger-guard and pommel, the latter with hinged trap-cover, and stirrup ramrod, London proof marks, in original fitted oak case lined in blue baize with accessories including Hawksley powder-flask, brass-mounted cleaning rod with worm, and iron pincer-type bullet mould, the lid with circular brass escutcheon.
